Appointment Policy To provide the highest quality service and maintain an organized schedule, please review the following appointment policies before booking: • Appointment cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance. • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice or failure to attend a scheduled appointment (no-shows) will result in the forfeiture of the deposit. Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. • A 15-minute grace period is allowed for late arrivals. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be canceled, and your deposit will be forfeited. Thank you for your understanding, punctuality, and cooperation.
